As Director of Field Operations, Chad supports Benchmark’s Superintendents and Foremen throughout project setup, execution, and challenge resolution. He helps strengthen field operations through jobsite support, coaching, training, and continuous improvement, ensuring projects are completed The Benchmark Way.
Who am I?
Chad brings nearly 30 years of construction experience, including more than 24 years with Benchmark. He began his career as a Carpenter and worked his way through the field as a Project Foreman and Superintendent before becoming Director of Field Operations. His hands-on experience gives him a strong understanding of field leadership, project execution, and the support teams need to be successful.
