Stage 1

Applied

Congrats! We've received your application, and it will be sent for review by a member of our team.


Stage 2

Review

Once we've received your application, a member of our team will review it. If you are a potential match, we will schedule a call to learn more about your skills and experience. 

If we don't think you'll be a fit this time around, we'll email you to let you know as soon as possible.
Stage 3

Phone Screen

You’ve been selected to move forward—congratulations! At this stage, a member of our team will connect with you for a brief phone call to learn more about your experience, share details about the role, and answer any initial questions you may have. This conversation helps us get to know each other better and determine next steps in the hiring process.

Stage 4

Peer-to-Peer Interview

In this stage, you’ll meet with a few team members. This is a casual, conversational interview where you can get a real feel for the day‑to‑day work and the people you’d be teaming up with. They’ll ask about your experience, how you approach your work, and what it’s like to collaborate with others, and you’ll have the chance to ask them anything about the role or our culture. It’s a great opportunity for both sides to see what working together might feel like.

Stage 5

In-Person Interview

In this stage, you’ll come on-site for a more in‑depth, face‑to‑face conversation with our team. This interview is a bit more structured and gives us the chance to dive deeper into your experience, your working style, and how you approach real situations you may encounter in the role. It’s also an opportunity for you to get a feel for our space, meet more of the people you’d be working with, and see what life at Benchmark is like day-to-day. We’ll walk you through the expectations of the role, answer your questions, and talk openly about whether this feels like the right mutual fit.
Stage 6

Reference Checks

As the next step, we’ll connect with a few of the references you provided. This is a quick and straightforward part of the process where we reach out to people who have worked with you before. Our goal is simply to get a well‑rounded picture of you as a candidate and confirm the things we’ve seen so far.

Stage 7

Job Offer

Congratulations! We’re excited to share that you’re moving into the offer stage. At this point, our team will put together the details of your offer and walk you through everything you need to know about compensation, start date, benefits, and what to expect as you join the team. This is a great time to ask questions, talk through anything you’re curious about, and make sure this next step feels right for you. We’re looking forward to discussing the opportunity and welcoming you to Benchmark.
Stage 8

Hired!

Welcome to the team! We’re happy to have you join Benchmark. From here, we’ll guide you through onboarding, introduce you to your teammates, and help you get set up for a great start. You’ll receive details about your first day, what to bring, and what to expect as you begin your journey with us. We can’t wait for you to jump in and become part of the Benchmark team.
