Alicia Weaver

I have the opportunity to help shape the employee experience from a candidate's first conversation through their growth and development within the company. My role includes leading recruiting efforts, supporting employee engagement initiatives, managing our internship program, and partnering with leaders across the organization to attract, hire, and retain great people.

I am passionate about building relationships and creating experiences that reflect Benchmark's culture and values. Whether I'm attending college career fairs, coordinating onboarding, gathering employee feedback, supporting engagement programs, or helping leaders find the right talent, my goal is simple: connect great people with great opportunities and help them feel valued throughout their journey with Benchmark.

Hi, I'm Alicia! I've spent nearly a decade helping people find meaningful careers and helping organizations build great teams. My journey started in agency recruiting, where I learned the ins and outs of talent acquisition before transitioning into corporate recruiting and employee engagement.

What I enjoy most about my work is getting to know people, hearing their stories, and helping them discover opportunities where they can grow and thrive. I'm passionate about creating positive candidate and employee experiences and believe that strong relationships are at the heart of it all.

Outside of work, I love to run long distance, hang out with family and friends, read, and watch Penn State football. I'm also currently pursuing a degree in Psychology and enjoy learning about human behavior, leadership, and personal growth. Whether I'm mentoring interns, supporting leaders, or meeting with candidates, I'm energized by helping people reach their potential and build meaningful connections.
