Nick Raico brings over 30 years of experience across the Mid‑Atlantic construction market. He’s spent his career leading complex projects, especially in healthcare and highly technical environments, and building strong, lasting relationships with clients along the way. 

Nick is known for being hands‑on, approachable, and genuinely invested in the people he works with. He believes great projects start with great teams, and he’s passionate about mentoring others, developing talent, and creating an environment where people can grow and succeed.
