As General Superintendent, Billy helps ensure Benchmark's field teams have the people, training, and support they need to do their best work. His role combines leadership, workforce development, and field operations, working closely with apprentices, carpenter assistants, laborers, and field leaders to build strong teams and create growth opportunities. He spends time visiting jobsites, mentoring employees, developing training programs, and helping solve challenges in the field so projects can be delivered safely, efficiently, and The Benchmark Way. What he enjoys most is helping people develop their skills, advance their careers, and build confidence in their craft while creating a culture where everyone can succeed

After spending nearly 30 years with Benchmark, he has built a reputation as a trusted leader, teacher, and mentor. From leading projects in the field to supporting the next generation of skilled tradespeople through his involvement with ABC and apprenticeship programs, Billy is committed to elevating both people and the industry.
